Knife skills are more than technique they’re about confidence, patience, and connection to food. This workshop is intentionally structured to support youth, beginners, and anyone seeking hands-on culinary knowledge. We create an encouraging learning space where questions are welcomed, mistakes are part of the process, and curiosity is celebrated.
Side-by-side with Chef Thomas, “Little Chef” Remy helps teach from a peer perspective, showing young students that they are fully capable of mastering professional tools with proper guidance. It’s an opportunity for kids and teens to see themselves in the kitchen, learning real skills that build independence, responsibility, and creativity.
