Harvest Party
The Harvest Party is a winter gathering rooted in food, fire, and community.
Hosted at Sunny’s Burger & Beer in Whitefish, this evening brings together chefs, hunters, and neighbors to share stories, learn traditional wild-game techniques, and enjoy thoughtfully prepared food cooked over open flame.
Region Sauvage and Chef Shelly will serve a complimentary tapas-style appetizer while discussing curing venison and other time-honored methods used in wild-game cookery. The night is designed to be welcoming, educational, and grounded in the rhythms of the season.
Guests can expect good food, meaningful conversation, and a relaxed atmosphere that celebrates where our food comes from and how it brings people together.

Come for the food. Stay for the stories.
Through collaborative events and hands-on demonstrations, FORLOH helps support culinary education that connects people to traditional skills such as wild-game preparation, curing, and cooking over fire. These gatherings are not performances, but learning spaces—where chefs, hunters, and community members exchange techniques, stories, and respect for ingredients sourced from the land.
By investing in education-driven food experiences, FORLOH contributes to preserving practical knowledge that has long sustained rural and mountain communities. The partnership reflects a broader commitment to craftsmanship, self-reliance, and the thoughtful use of natural resources—values that extend beyond apparel and into how we gather, cook, and eat together.
Fire Keeper Alliance Benefit Dinner & Silent Auction
Join us for an evening of shared food, reflection, and community in support of Fire Keeper Alliance.
This benefit dinner brings together chefs, guests, and community members to honor Indigenous culture, support suicide-prevention work, and invest directly in youth empowerment across Blackfeet Country and beyond. The night is centered on nourishment—not just of the body, but of community, identity, and responsibility to one another.
Guests will experience a thoughtfully curated six-course, multi-chef dinner with paired wines, alongside a silent auction featuring items inspired by education, land stewardship, and cultural resilience. Each element of the evening is designed to create space for conversation, learning, and remembrance.
Proceeds from this gathering directly support Fire Keeper Alliance’s mission, which focuses on Indigenous identity restoration, community-driven mental-health prevention, and creating pathways for youth to engage in meaningful cultural and educational work.

Farm-to-Festival BBQ
Region Sauvage Farm to Festival BBQ: This is far beyond a bbq - this is Montana, fire-roasted and respectfully served.
Our open fire cooking experience begins with local bison where animals roam native pasture and are raised in harmony with the land. Each cut is rubbed with wild sage and salt, then roasted slowly over oak and cedar wood, letting smoke, time, and technique tell the story. While the bison roasts, whole ducks and turkeys from trusted Hutterite farms smoke beside the flames, bringing rich, heritage poultry to the table. Cooked slow and honest, just as it should be.
To round out the experience, we offer a spread of vegetarian/vegan friendly mains, sides, and house-made sauces, carefully prepared to meet the needs of all guests, without sacrificing depth or integrity.
From open range to open flame, this meal reflects the land, the fire, and the people who tend both with care. All diets are welcome.
We couldn’t be more excited for this culinary adventure!
